After an incredible first semester at North Carolina A&T, Autumn Rose Walker continues to amaze us with her resilience, leadership, and unwavering commitment to service. Not only has she excelled academically as an engineering major, but she has also embraced opportunities for growth—joining organizations, taking on leadership roles, and remaining deeply engaged in community service. Her ability to balance a rigorous academic schedule while demonstrating perseverance and self-awareness is truly inspiring. Autumn’s journey reflects grit, determination, and a passion for making a difference.

What makes Autumn exceptional is her longstanding dedication as a youth advisor for S.A.V.E.T.H.E.M (Stomping Away Various Epidemics by Teaching Health Education and Mentoring). Since middle school, Autumn has contributed over 100 volunteer hours, guiding the organization’s mission to serve youth and families. Even now, as she pursues her dream of becoming an engineer, Autumn continues to provide strategic insight and mentorship, helping shape impactful programs like the annual Youth Step Show and Resource Fair. Her servant leadership, advocacy, and vision exemplify what it means to lead with purpose. We are immensely proud of Autumn and look forward to witnessing her continued success as she inspires others and builds a brighter future for her community!
